With the creative pipeline being fed from similar elite universities, the industry has created a loop of talent and a largely homogeneous workplace. This is why we're looking outside the typical networks to find our creative team.
We’re inviting a group of emerging creative talent from a variety of creative disciplines — writing, art direction, filmmaking, UX, visual design — to come work with Google's creative teams for one year. Each participant receives hands-on experience with key program initiatives, individual mentorship, networking opportunities and Fellowship-specific events and speakers.
The Creative Fellowship ushers in a new, diverse generation of talent – and enables the industry at large to benefit from fresh, innovative perspectives through the years to come.
