Rare looked at the three stages of any underrepresented creative's career and crafted a career-long platform that would help alleviate inequality within. First, we provide foundational skills and networks by partnering with D&AD Shift. We offer this community hands-on work experience to put their learning into practice with the Creative Fellowship. And then to encourage existing underrepresented creatives to stay in our industry, our Leadership Academy positions them for success as the leaders of tomorrow.
