At the end of the Rare with Google Leadership Academy, delegates are asked to write their personal mantras that they have taken from the program. We select the top 10 and ask a designer to create a poster which is sent to Rare delegates as a graduation gift. We have over 250 delegates from around the world do the course every year. The poster is a special take home gift to remind them of their journey through Leadership Academy.

This poster was designed by London-based art director and illustrator Aries Moross for Rare with Google Leadership Academy 2021.

Rare Mantras 2021

1. Worry about it once, not twice.

2. No is a whole sentence.

3. Create what the world needs, not what people want.

4. Honor the way you process the world.

5. Know your boundaries. Know your worth.

6. Get comfortable making things uncomfortable.

7. Live within the friction.

8. Vulnerability is power.

9. You’re not here by mistake.

10. Enjoy the ride. And get some sleep.
