With over 15 years experience as a creative and creative leader, Royce has worked with the world’s top brands to get them plugged into culture and the people who drive it forward. He's built and led creative teams across APAC and worked closely with offices in North America and EMEA. A few of the brands he's had the pleasure of making things for are Google, Intel, Samsung, Unilever, AB Inbev, BMW, Mini, eBay, Amazon, Vodafone, adidas, Schweppes, Air New Zealand, Levis, Babel, and Netflix.
Most of Royce's creative career has been at VICE Media, where he spent time as a journalist and editor with the publication. Those experiences helped to shaped his point-of-view, giving him a deeper understanding of audiences and viewers, and a keen awareness of the culture of the moment.
In 2021, as Consulting Creative Director, Royce helped foster the creative culture within the Australian Football League's AFL Digital division.
Currently, he serves as Creative Advisor at the borderless creative platform MASH where I oversee creative and brand projects.
