At the end of the Rare with Google Leadership Academy, delegates are asked to write their personal mantras that they have taken from the program. We select the top 10 and ask a designer to create a poster which is sent to Rare delegates as a graduation gift. We have over 250 delegates from around the world do the course every year. The poster is a special take home gift to remind them of their journey through Leadership Academy.

This is the poster design by Sydney-based artist Claudia Chinyere Akole for Rare with Google Leadership Academy 2022.
